What are the delivery times?
BAERE Amsterdam will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day. You will receive a track & trace code by email once we have handed over your package for shipping.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €60 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under €60, the shipping costs are €5.95.
For shipping costs outside the Netherlands, the following rates apply:

- For Belgium & Germany, the rate is €8.95
- For the rest of the European Union, the rate is €25 per package
- For the rest of the world, the rate is €46.80 per package
Please note that VAT rates may vary by country. For the Netherlands, VAT is already included in the displayed price. For international orders, any applicable VAT rates will be shown at checkout.
In which countries can I have my order delivered?
We ship worldwide, and the rates vary. For shipping costs outside the Netherlands, please refer to the answer to the question above.
Can I return my order?
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. The following instructions and conditions apply:
- Ensure that the product is returned undamaged, in original condition, and with attached labels. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot process the return.
- Please return the product in its original packaging.
- Add the (return) form to your return shipment. This return form is included as a packing slip with your order. If it is missing, you can send an email to info@baereamsterdam.com.
- Send your return shipment to the address on the return form.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- After we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item to your account within 14 days.
- BAERE Amsterdam is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during shipping. We therefore advise shipping with a track & trace code.
