Shipping & orders
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day 🚚. Within the Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days.
To Belgium, it usually takes 2–3 business days.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still modify or cancel it.
Please send us your order number as soon as possible, and we will see what is still possible.
In which countries can I have an order delivered?
We ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated automatically during checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can follow your BAERE package.
What are the shipping costs?
• Netherlands: free shipping 🇳🇱
• Belgium & Germany: €8.95
• Rest of the EU: €25
• Outside the EU / worldwide: €46.80

Returns & exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt 📦. The bag must be unused and in its original condition. Send us your order number, and we will guide you step by step.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the bag is unused. Let us know which model or color you would like to receive, and we will arrange it for you.
Are return costs included?
Within the Netherlands, return costs are not automatically free. We will always send you the correct instructions once you initiate a return.

Do you offer discounts or Black Friday deals?
We do not offer discounts. Prices have increased in recent years, but we have kept the price of our bag the same 🍃, so we can always offer a fair price and the best quality 😍. We hope you find a beautiful and practical bag for you and your little one!

How can I wash or clean my bag?
It is best to hand wash the bag 🫧. Use lukewarm water and mild detergent, and let the bag air dry (do not tumble dry). The inside is water-repellent, so a damp cloth is often enough to remove stains.
Are your bags waterproof?
Our bags have a waterproof interior 💧. They can withstand a rain shower well, but are not completely waterproof if submerged in water.
Does the bag fit my stroller?
Yes! Our bags have long handles and fit almost all strollers, such as Bugaboo, Joolz, Maxi-Cosi, Stokke, Cybex, Quinny, and more. Please note: the bag does not fit double strollers. In that case, use extra hooks for secure attachment.
What material are the bags made of?
Our bags are made of high-quality, durable materials that last for years. The exterior is sturdy and wear-resistant, and the interior is waterproof and easy to clean.
What are the dimensions of the bag?
Our standard bag has the following dimensions:

• Handles 78cm
• 6 slip pockets inside
• 1 zippered pocket inside
Gift cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts. Perfect as a gift when you want to let someone choose a color or model themselves.
How does a gift card work?
The recipient receives a unique code that can be entered during checkout. The amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
Warranty
What warranty do I get on my bag?
Every bag comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects 🛠. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
Sustainability
Are your bags sustainably produced?
Sustainability is very important to us. We work with materials that last a long time and produce in small batches to prevent overproduction.

Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we do not have a physical store. All our products are available online through our webshop 🛒.
